<<< True. You must remember that God created the white race (Adam, literally means white man blood in the face red, or ruddy, to blush red). There is evidence that Adam, or Adamites were the only one’s that have the spirit of God in them. Than from Adam cam the Hebrews (or man from the other side. Hebrew is taken from Abraham’s grandfather "Eber," some think that Hebrew actually means sons or daughters of Eber, or the Eber clan), and then Israel from Isaac. Jacob was the first Israelite simply because God changed his name. For some reason most theologians forget this whole scenario. They might forget on purpose. >>>

You raise an interesting question about exactly what this name change, from Jacob to Israel, was all about.

Since it was God who did it, we need to look at it a bit more closely:

Gen 32:28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

H3478

ישׂראל

yiśrâ’êl

yis-raw-ale’

From H8280 and H410; he will rule as God; Jisrael, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity: – Israel.

As usual, these jew controlled references are a so limited in such key definitions that it ought to be a crime for them to even exist. This has almost nothing to do with what “Is Ra El” means, and in fact is seriously misleading. This is not merely a “symbolical name”, it’s got a heavy meaning.

It’s BLASPHEMY of the Name of the LORD to claim that Jacob would ever “rule AS God”. Even “rule WITH God” is on the hairy edge of Blasphemy.

The “ra” in “Is RA el” is the same “ra” as in “To RA”. And “ra” means “God” in many languages, including Korean, Latvian, and Egyptian (though it’s ALLEGEDLY the Egyptian sun god).

It does not mean that Jacob will “rule as God”, it means that he IS of God, and thus IS of God’s Law, the To RA! And that only means that his rule will be in accord with the To RA, or God’s Law (which of course existed before Jacob was born, otherwise how could his grandfather Abraham have obeyed God?):

Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. Genesis 26:5

And that gets us back to Ireland, to the “Hill of To RA”, which is most likely where both Abraham and Jacob were FROM, which is why God changed his name.

<<<. I have to strongly disagree with you on this one. Gen 49:1 proscribes the entire chapter. That means that Gen 49:10, whatever it means , has to have relevance only to the last days or now in particular.>>>

Russ,

God’s EVERLASTING covenant with the House of Israel and the House of Judah is EVERLASTING. There are no "last days" under HIS Covenant:

And I will establish my covenant between me and thee [Abraham] and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Genesis 17:7

Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac; And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant, 1 Chronicles 16:16-17

If you think Jacob thought otherwise, you make Jacob a LIAR, because God Himself promised this to Jacob DIRECTLY, AND that his seed would be a multitude "as the sand by the sea".

It would be absurd for Jacob to predict the END of his lineage when HE KNEW that His Covenant is EVERLASTING.

There’s no reason for you to promote your misunderstanding of what Jacob meant by "last days" as the END of His everlasting covenant, is there?

What can you accomplish by this?
